MEGA MEGA Shoot...

Here a some shots taken whilst filming the video. Shoot went really smoothly. Enlisted the help of my friend Hans Lo who is a filmaker/editor. Sneak preview vid to follow...

Viral / Music Video Concept

So I pitched my idea for the viral / music video to the count and sinden and they have given it the green light. Although I didn't anticipate doing this video I welcome it as a great opportunity and an added bonus to my project. The video will tie in with the visuals I have already created, keeping the same visual asethetic. But I want to take my visuals a step further by adding a 3D / craft element. So the concept is to use a handmade paper grid, designed to be able to manipulate itself into varying shapes/combinations to act as a surface to project onto. This will give the illusion a customizable lightbox. Once built I will create a animation that syncs the grids shape with the track. Here are some photos of the paper grid.

Visuals - Best of...

Here is a selection of some of my favorite visuals I made. Each one took around 4 solid days to create, long and tedious!

The Count And Sinden @ KoKo!

Short promotional video I shot with Will And Hans for the Count And Sinden youtube channel. Play in HD!

Meeting

I have a meeting next week with Sinden and his manager to discuss his identity. So logos, myspace etc. Also, they have asked me whether i would be interested in doing a viral for them that would incorporate my graphic style. So it looks like my project is starting to expand beyond the original brief.

The Count And Sinden @ KOKO

Photos taken from 'Annie Mac Presents......' @ KOKO on the 30th of April. I managed to get 35mins worth of footage for the show. Took 3 days to compress onto DVD, fun. Thanks to Alex for the photos. Short promo film coming soon...

Sinden Logos

Sinden asked me to create a logo for his solo project, this is what i came up with. Meeting next week to discuss his identity. Not sure about the colours.
